Good location with wonderful view of part of the Danube delta, staff very helpful, even let me use one of their offices to sort out my flight check in. Had a problem with the room (leak) and they happily provided an alternative room
Quite a good breakfast spread, only let down by the only bread available being either plain white or brown sliced, a minor complaint :)

This venue is of high quality, clean, with very helpful staff, and located ideally on the Esplanade of the Delta of the Danube river, creating a comfortable atmosphere.

Quality of service. Food reasonable, but not overpriced. Do not sleep with windows open - mosquitoes (normal for its position on the Danube).

I liked the location of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, the restaurant which is absolutely delicious, with a great choice of food. Free internet is available.
The soundproofing of the hotel is not adequate, you can listen to your neighbor's conversations and TV, which is totally unpleasant at midnight or at 7 a.m.

We were really surprised by the modernity and cleanliness of the hotel. The river-facing room provided captivating views of the working Danube, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. Our dinner at the on-site restaurant was first class and the prices were surprisingly affordable. The location was perfect for exploring the Danube Delta and the nearby Black Sea coast. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had the worst hotel experience in my life. During the check out, the staff asks to check my suitcases for missing bath robes from my room! Being in a hurry, I have no choice but to let them check my belonging. I was a dishonorable experience for me, my wife and my friends. After the shameful experience and no “law-breaking” were found the receptionist provided a poor letter of explanations, wrong stating that I accept their apologies. I have doubts if such a hotel deserves to be represented by an international and well known organization like Booked.net.

The hotel's decoration is charming, with a touch of traditional elegance. The general areas are well-maintained and provide a comfortable atmosphere for relaxing. The hotel's accessibility for senior people is commendable, with easy navigation and helpful staff.
Better vacation for senior people would be ensured with more attentive service from the staff.

There isn't much to see in Tulcea but it makes a perfect hub for Danube Delta tips. We visited it in June on one of the hottest weekends and, let me tell you, that we were really happy that we stayed in this hotel because it was airconditioned - and not only the rooms but also the lobby (which is highly unusual for Romanian hotels). Hotel was very accommodating, the rooms were very clean, again, airconditioned, they helped us to organize a tour (you don't have to go through the hotel, by they way and can do it on your own, there is plenty of choices...). The breakfast was ok, I've seen better buffets, but ok, there is only that much that you can expect from a provincial town... Coffee was ok, but they had a great variety of fruit on Saturday (but not on Sunday, for some reason)... The hotel also offers a free parking with a guard. Anyway, overall, it was a good stay and we liked it.
Like I said, the breakfast on Sunday felt like they put out what was left from Saturday as far as the fruit go...

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Fairly clean hotel, facilities are good, and the location is ideal very close to Tulcea centre. All the rooms are great-sized and huge with danube view and the stuff is affable. All in all they offer friendly service. Moreover, there is the option to park in a free parking;))
